The executive team at Continental Realty Group brings many years of experience that contributes to our continued success in investing in multi-family properties. Established in 1982 as Continental Realty Advisors - a pension fund advisor covering a nationwide investment platform. Over the last 10 years, Continental has grown into a fund sponsor taking its multi-family expertise into ownership and real estate fund executions. Over our history, we’ve participated in multi-family transactions which measure in the billions and attribute our success to our research-driven approach and niche focus in the multi-family sector.
